Creator Method is a course and a community platform that is dedicated to empowering content Creators at every stage of their journey. We work with a diverse community ranging from emerging creators to established influencers, businesses, and entrepreneurs, helping them unlock their creative potential and build their brands and their businesses.  This is the first hire to the Creator Method faculty that will work with Creator Method members. 

Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Coach to join our team and work directly with our diverse member community of 350+ Creators. This role combines one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, workshops and thought leadership to support Creators in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. You'll collaborate closely with our VP of Operations, Rosemary King, and also our founder, Gary Lipovetsky, while bringing your unique expertise in personal development and creative coaching.  

Key Responsibilities

Individual Coaching

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with Creators across all experience levels
• Guide members through goal setting and strategic planning processes
• Provide confidence building and mindset coaching
• Facilitate creative ideation and brainstorming sessions
• Help Creators discover and refine their authentic voice
• Support members in identifying and working through creative blocks
• Develop personalized action plans for each member's growth

Group Coaching & Community Building

• Lead specialized group coaching sessions for targeted communities (for example- parents, wellness professionals, businesses, etc.)
• Design and facilitate workshops on relevant topics for Creator development
• Foster supportive peer connections within coaching groups
• Adapt coaching approach to meet the unique needs of different Creator niches

 Preferred Qualifications

• Coaching certification (ICF, CPC, or similar)
• Personal experience as a content creator or in digital media
• Understanding of social media platforms and content marketing
• Experience working with entrepreneurs or creative professionals
• Public speaking and presentation experience
• Familiarity with online coaching platforms and tools
