We missed you at the recent Creator Method workshop and wanted to follow up.
Because our workshops are intentionally capped at 30 people to protect the quality of the experience, each seat is reserved and could have been offered to another member. When someone doesn’t attend without notice, it directly impacts the programming and the opportunity for others to participate.
As mentioned in our RSVP terms, in order to keep these events valuable and fair for everyone, we introduced a cancellation/no-show fee. This isn’t meant to be punitive, it’s simply to protect the member experience and ensure everyone has a fair chance at the table. As you know, we host these workshops at no additional cost to members, and a lot of planning and resources go into each one. Any cancellation fees collected go directly back into our events and programming budget.
If you’d like to attend a future workshop, we’d absolutely love to have you there. We just ask that the cancellation fee be settled prior to your next signup.
