TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a coaching session with Creator Method, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before scheduling your session.

 

1. COACHING RELATIONSHIP

1.1 Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support you in achieving your personal and professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment. If you require mental health support, we recommend seeking services from a licensed mental health professional.

1.2 Client Responsibility

You are responsible for creating your own results. The coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability, but you are responsible for your decisions and actions. Coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

1.3 Coach's Role

Your coach will provide professional guidance, ask powerful questions, offer feedback, and support you in developing strategies aligned with your goals. Coaches maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards in all interactions.

2. SCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE

2.1 Session Booking

Sessions must be booked through Creator Method's designated scheduling system. You will receive a confirmation email with session details, including date, time, and video conference link.

2.2 Punctuality

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session.

2.3 Missed Sessions

If you miss a scheduled session without providing proper notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

3.1 Cancellation Requirements

You must provide at least 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Cancellations must be made through our scheduling system or by email to [insert contact email].

3.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of that session. No refund or replacement session will be provided.

3.3 Emergency Situations

In cases of genuine emergency (serious illness, family emergency, etc.), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

3.4 Coach Cancellations

If your coach needs to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative scheduling options at no penalty to you.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment Due

Payment for single sessions is due at the time of booking. Payment for coaching packages must be completed before the first session.

4.2 Package Sessions

Coaching packages (5-session and 10-session) must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited with no refund.

4.3 Non-Transferability

Coaching sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.

4.4 Refund Policy

Single sessions: No refunds after booking, subject to our cancellation policy.

Coaching packages: Refunds are available for unused sessions within 30 days of purchase, minus a 20% administrative fee and any sessions already completed. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

5.1 Client Confidentiality

All information you share during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. Your coach will not disclose any personal information, session content, or details about your participation in coaching without your explicit written consent.

5.2 Exceptions to Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be broken only in the following circumstances:

• You provide written authorization to release information
• Legal or court order requires disclosure
• There is reasonable belief of imminent danger to you or others
• There is suspected abuse of a child, elderly person, or dependent adult
• As required by law

5.3 Data Collection and Use

Creator Method collects personal information (name, email, payment information) necessary to provide coaching services. This information is stored securely and used only for:

• Scheduling and delivering coaching services
• Processing payments
• Communicating about your coaching program
• Improving our services (in aggregate, anonymized form)

5.4 Third-Party Tools

Coaching sessions will be conducted via video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom). By participating, you acknowledge these platforms have their own privacy policies and terms of service.

5.5 Data Retention

Your personal information will be retained for the duration of our coaching relationship and for up to 7 years afterward for legal and tax purposes, unless you request deletion.

5.6 Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal requirements)

6. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

6.1 Mutual Respect

Both client and coach agree to maintain professional, respectful communication and behavior. Creator Method reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if either party engages in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

6.2 Sobriety

Clients are expected to attend sessions sober and in a state conducive to productive coaching conversations.

6.3 Communication Outside Sessions

Your coach may be available for brief communications between sessions via email for clarification or scheduling purposes. Coaching work should take place during scheduled sessions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Materials and Content

Any materials, frameworks, or resources provided by your coach remain the intellectual property of Creator Method and/or the coach. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

7.2 Recording Sessions

Sessions may not be recorded by either party without explicit written consent from both parties.

8. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Creator Method and its coaches are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of coaching. You acknowledge that coaching involves risk and you participate at your own discretion.

8.2 No Guarantees

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on many factors, including your commitment and effort.

8.3 Not Professional Advice

Coaching does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice. If you need such advice, please consult the appropriate licensed professional.

9. TERMINATION

9.1 Client Termination

You may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice. Refunds for coaching packages will be handled according to our refund policy (Section 4.4).

9.2 Coach Termination

Creator Method reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if:

• Payment terms are not met
• You engage in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
• The coach determines they cannot effectively serve your needs
• There is a conflict of interest

In such cases, you will receive a refund for any unused, prepaid sessions.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Creator Method reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of coaching services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 Good Faith Resolution

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith communication.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida, United States.
