Date posted:Â October 2nd, 2025
Location: Miami, FL (On-site, full-time, extensive travel required)
Compensation: $65,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
Creator Method is a course and a community platform that is dedicated to empowering content Creators at every stage of their journey. We work with a diverse community ranging from emerging creators to established influencers, businesses, and entrepreneurs, helping them unlock their creative potential and build their brands and their businesses. Â
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable Personal & Executive Assistant to support Gary Lipovetsky, entrepreneur, investor, content creator, and co-founder of both Valeria Inc. and Creator Method.
This role blends traditional executive assistant responsibilities with personal support in a fast-paced, creative, and sometimes unconventional environment. The right candidate will thrive in settings that range from boardroom-style meetings with executives to more casual, entrepreneurial environments like Gary’s man-cave-style office—a creative space housing motorcycles, vintage cars, and an open garage layout. This is not a “suit and tie” corporate position. It’s a hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between professional polish and the dynamic, sometimes eccentric realities of entrepreneurial life.
What You’ll Do
-
Provide direct daily support to Gary, managing his calendar, meetings, communications, and personal commitments.
-
Coordinate regular small-scale events (networking dinners, Creator Method gatherings, client-focused meetups) from start to finish.
-
Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact, representing Gary with senior executives, business partners, and Creator Method/Valeria Inc. members.
-
Make quick judgment calls on whether to handle tasks independently or coordinate with other team members (house manager, production team, CEO, VP Operations).
-
Support content creation workflows, including scheduling, logistics, and occasional on-set assistance (wardrobe changes, note-taking, filming support).
-
Manage travel arrangements (domestic and international), often joining on extended trips of up to a month.
-
Oversee communications and follow-ups—emails, texts, calls—covering both personal and professional matters with complete discretion.
-
Anticipate needs, solve problems on the fly, and keep projects moving forward across multiple business ventures.
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience: 3–7 years in an executive or personal assistant role, ideally in a creative or entrepreneurial setting.
-
Personality: Type A, highly organized, confident, and able to adapt to unstructured, nontraditional work environments.
-
Professionalism: Comfortable representing Gary in high-level meetings while also pitching in on practical, everyday tasks.
-
Lifestyle Fit: Must feel at ease in Gary’s unique work environments—whether it’s a casual day at the man cave office surrounded by motorcycles, or a high-stakes meeting with executives. This is a role for someone who finds that contrast exciting, not unsettling.
-
Location: Miami-based, fully on-site. Work will alternate between Gary’s home and his office (5 minutes apart).
-
Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle for commuting and errands.
-
Travel: Flexibility to travel extensively within the U.S. and internationally, including extended summer stays.
-
Confidentiality: Absolute discretion is required given access to personal communications, business negotiations, and private matters.
Reporting Structure
-
Daily direction from Gary Lipovetsky.
-
Official reporting line to Rachel Ostro (CEO, Valeria Inc.) and Rosemary King (VP Operations, Creator Method) for alignment and accountability.
Important Note on Work Environment
While Gary is male, much of his work involves mentoring and collaborating with millennial-aged female creators. This role requires comfort and professionalism in that dynamic regardless of gender. The environment can be unconventional—sometimes casual, sometimes highly structured—but always demanding. The ideal candidate will not only be comfortable with this mix, but energized by it.
