We’re seeking an exceptional Sales Professional who thrives on connecting with people and guiding them toward opportunities that truly transform their creative and business potential. This isn’t just sales, it’s about helping the right Creators discover how the Creator Method community, curriculum, and mentorship from world-class leaders like Valeria and Gary Lipovetsky can elevate their journey.
In this role, you’ll:
- Engage directly with Creators considering membership in our fast-growing, 400+ member global community.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of Creator Method’s membership.
- Qualify potential members to ensure they align with the values, ambition, and collaborative spirit of our network.
- Drive growth by building meaningful relationships and guiding Creators through the enrollment process.
You’ll bring strong communication and listening skills, a natural enthusiasm for sales, and the discipline to manage a consultative, relationship-based process. Attention to detail and follow-through are key. We’re scaling quickly, and every conversation you have directly impacts our growth and the success of our members.

What You'll Do
Creator Outreach & Relationship Building: Lead consultative selling to inspire potential members and demonstrate how Creator Method will accelerate their personal brand growth and monetization goals.
Pipeline Development: Creator Methods application pipeline is robust and growing. You’re working with the applicant pipeline to identify applicants in customer segments, find strategic opportunities, and move applicants through the process to membership with an incredible experience.
HubSpot Sales System: Use our HubSpot sales platform to track leads, record interactions, and keep all prospect data accurate and up to date throughout the sales process.
Strategic Sales Propositions: Develop and coordinate compelling sales incentives that showcase Creator Method's unique value proposition, our proven frameworks, mentorship from the Creator Method team, exclusive community access, year-round in-person events, and track record of member success.
Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed membership sales goals by taking ownership to drive consistent growth in our annual membership base.
Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Execute existing follow-up processes and manage complex conversations across multiple touchpoints while maintaining authentic relationships with potential members.
Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay deeply engaged with the Creator economy, continuously learning about the challenges, motivations, and goals of Content Creators considering membership. Develop your sales craft by building empathy, emotional intelligence, and a genuine understanding of what Creators need to succeed, ensuring every conversation feels personal, supportive, and aligned with Creator Method’s mission.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing, Community, and Content teams to share feedback and insights from your conversations with potential members. Your input will help these teams better understand Creator needs and experiences, ensuring alignment across Creator Method.

Who You Are
Experienced: You bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing sales pipelines and driving revenue in B2B and/or relationship driven sales environments. Experience in the Creator Economy, online communities, or course sales is a strong plus.
Process-Oriented & Detail-Focused: You excel at building and following systematic sales processes, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring no potential member falls through the cracks. You understand that sustainable growth requires disciplined execution.
Energized & Proactive: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment, independently managing varied demands with confidence while consistently taking initiative to identify new opportunities and optimize existing processes.Â
Authentic Communicator: You are a compelling storyteller who can clearly express both prospects' needs and Creator Method's solutions. You understand (or can quickly pick up) the Creator mindset and can speak their language with genuine empathy.
Results-Driven: You are intrinsically motivated by ambitious goals and always aim to exceed your targets. You see each "no" as valuable data that brings you closer to the next "yes."
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot is a huge plus), sales automation tools, and digital communication platforms. You see technology as an enabler, not an obstacle.
Creator-Focused: You genuinely understand and appreciate the challenges Content Creators face in building sustainable businesses. You're passionate about helping ambitious Creators transform their influence into income.
Growth Mindset: You're excited about joining a company in its early years of operation with proven product-market fit, ready to help contribute to the building of scalable systems and processes as we grow.
Team Player: You recognize that Sales can feed valuable information and data back into the organization, and understand that the organization is here to support you and help you meet your goals. You enjoy being on a team, and working shoulder to shoulder with the Creator Method team.Â
